By the time many of our community members arrive at Laurelhurst Assisted Living, most require some degree of health and wellbeing monitoring. Our Assisted Living Facility provides complimentary and customizable Meal Preparation services for everyone. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Laurelhurst Assisted Living feel like home.

When every day activities become too difficult to manage by ourselves, we often need our family and loved ones to chip in. Laurelhurst Assisted Living provides the support required to carry on with dignity, with the same love and care a family member would provide. This support includes 24/7Â Care services.

Throughout the year, we provide our residents with a great support team of nurses and doctors. We’re passionate about providing a myriad of opportunities for our residents to make new memories and new friends while enjoying our quality services. Customized Care Plans
A customized care plan is a thoroughly though out strategy that involves family, doctors and staff to custom-tailor every senior's experience in our home. By looking at assistance with activities of daily life (ADLs), medication management, diet, and mental wellbeing, we can ensure that our seniors thrive.
Assistance with ADLs
Eating, walking, bathing. We do these activities daily. We look at how we can partner with seniors to ensure that they have all the support to be successful in their everyday life. We provide moderate to full assistance based upon our seniors' needs.
Medication Management
Medication Management is the practice between caregivers and residents to ensure that the right medication is taken by the right resident, in the right dose, in the right route and at the right time. This is to limit any medication errors that may happen from seniors self-medicating.
ADA Safety
While giving our seniors a "home-like" atmosphere, we have made sure that the home fits all the changing needs of our residents. From grab-bars, to roll-in-showers to furniture that lifts as they stand, we want to ensure our residents' freedom while also establishing their security.
